POLICIES

NO SHOW PROTECTION: A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment. This card will be charged 50% of the service fee in the case of a no call, no show.

CANCELLATION: A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment. This card will be charged $30 in the case that the appointment is cancelled within 12 hours of schedule time.

TARDINESS: Being more than 10 minutes late to an appointment may result in forfeiture of the appointment slot, a shortened appointment, or a late fee. After 10 minutes without hearing from the client, the appointment will be cancelled. Please be in communication with your service provider if you are expecting to be tardy.

REFUNDS: Refunds are not offered because of time and supplies used during the service. If you are dissatisfied with the service for any reason, you may return to the technician for a free 1 hour touchup within 3 days of the initial appointment. Touch ups are not applicable for late clients, and those coming to initial appointment with dirty lashes/declining a lash bath.

CLEAN LASHES: Please arrive to your lash appointment with CLEAN lashes. An up-charge will be applied for those requiring a lash bath during the appointment. Those who arrive with dirty lashes and decline a lash bath will forfeit the right to a free 3 day touch up.

FILL VS FULL SET, HOW TO BOOK:

1 Week fill - within 7 days of last appointment

Fill - Within 8-21 days of last appointment

Full set - Within 21+ days of last appointment and/or when you have less than 50% of lashes remaining.

PATCH TEST: New clients are recommended to do a patch test at least 48 hours before desired appointment time. This service is free and only takes about 10 minutes. Declining a patch test will require a waiver at the time of appointment.
